JOHN GLENN HIGH SCHOOL SOAR
JOHN GLENN HIGH SCHOOL is gearing up to begin its 2010-2011 school term. To assist with the transition from middle school to high school, Glenn is hosting a freshman orientation, SOAR: Start Out Absolutely Ready.
There are 2 sessions to choose from Aug 30, 9:30 to 2:30 or Aug 31, 11:30 to 4:30. Activities include early class schedule pick up, campus tours, meeting classmates and mentors, finding classes and lockers early, meeting with your counselor and receiving college and career information. Not only are the incoming freshmen invited, but there is also a freshmen parent orientation available at the same times. Information will be coming in the mail and informational fliers will be available at your local libraries soon.
