Mrs. Sendy Engstrum graduated from Notre Dame Academy High School for Girls in 1986

She attended CSULB where she earned her Bachelors in Spanish, her Single Subject Teaching Credential from 1986-1990.  She continued her education at University of La Verne from 1991-1993, where she earned her Masters in Education Pupil Personnel Services Credential.

Mrs. Engstrum  has worked NLMUSD- for26 years. She began as a Spanish Teacher & Counselor form 1990-1995 at Norwalk High School. She then spent some time from 1995-1997 at Benton Middle School as a Counselor until finally becoming an Eagle as a

John Glenn High School-Counselor in 1997.

Mrs. Engstrum has two children. My daughter is 19 years old. She is a sophomore at a university. My son is 15 years old and he is a 10th grader in high school. She has may hobbies  including Hiking, trying different foods, skateboarding, museums, and shopping
