Welcome to Mr. Higgins' website! This is my third year as an English-Language Arts instructor at JGHS. Before that, I taught at Workman High School in the Hacienda-La Puente School District for two years. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a BA in Literature. My favorite authors are J.D. Salinger, John Steinbeck, William Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, Hunter S. Thompson, and countless others! Before my teaching career, I was a radio broadcaster and journalist, as well as high school and college baseball and football play-by-play. In my free time, I love playing with my son, watching Dodgers' baseball, and playing music.
